Do you ship international?
We would be happy to ship international. Please contact us prior to purchase to see if the product is eligible to ship, and what the shipping cost will be. All shipping prices noted on the listing, is for the lower 48 states. Please note that international shipping takes longer and costs more than U.S. shipping. It is also the buyers responsibility to pay any customs related costs. We will not mark items as a gift to avoid these fees.

How long have you been in business?
We started this company in November of 2007. We work from our home in Oklahoma.

How soon do you ship?
In most cases, we will generally ship within 3-4 business days after payment clears. Business days do not include the weekends or holidays. In the case of a used item, we will ship the next business day after payment clears.

Are your items new or used?
All the items we list will be new in the box. Occasionally we may list a used item, the listing will state that it is used.

What happens if I make a purchase and it turns out the item is out of stock?
We check our inventory with our suppliers twice a week. If we see an item has went out of stock, we will note it on the listing and try to provide an ETA of arrival. In the rare event a purchase happens on an out of stock item, buyer will receive a full refund, or can get something of equal value from the store.

Do you accept returns?
Returns are accepted on a case by case basis. Please inspect your item the day you receive it. If there are any problems, please notify us within 48 hours for instructions on return. Some returns may require an RA#, so please do not return the item until we have given you that number. Item must be returned to us within 10 days, in the original packaging with any and all tags intact. If the product was damaged during shipping, we may return all costs, including shipping. Once we receive the item back, we will inspect it and then offer either a full refund, or replacement of item. In some instances, we may require proof of damage before we accept a return.

Do you combine shipping costs?
We will be happy to combine shipping costs to save you money. If you are making multiple purchases however, you must notify us and wait for an invoice to be sent in order to combine the shipping. When notifying us, please let us know what payment source you will be using and how many items you will be purchasing so that we know when you are done.
